Student Representatives

We believe that every child should have a voice in how our school is run and how we can work together to make a happy community. Our student representative teams provide a platform for pupils to develop leadership skills, express their opinions, and contribute to our local and global community.

Student Representatives

Each class from Year 2 to Year 6 elects two student representatives who act as a vital bridge between the classroom and the school leadership team. In this role, they are responsible for regularly gathering views and suggestions from their peers to ensure every voice is heard. By meeting frequently to discuss school improvements and implement new ideas, these representatives take proactive action to enhance our school community.

Our Vision and Charity Work

Our student representatives play a key role in upholding our school vision: "Love one another as I have loved you." We believe that supporting others is about building genuine relationships, not just raising money. Our representatives work hard to improve the lives of those around them by fundraising for charities that resonate with our school community and by consistently donating their time to support residents at our local nursing home. This hands-on approach ensures our pupils understand the real-world impact of their kindness and service.

Specialist Leadership Groups

To ensure we address the specific interests of our pupils and the needs of the modern world, we have introduced two specialist branches:

  • Eco Council: These representatives lead our "Green Agenda." They focus on sustainability and looking after our school environment to ensure a better future for our planet. You will often see them outside the school looking after our local communinty as well.

  • Digital Leaders: Our tech experts! These pupils promote online safety, help peers navigate new technology, and ensure that our school remains a digitally responsible community.

See Us in Action

Our student leaders are hands-on. Most recently, the student representatives gathered ideas about why our school is great and filmed it themselves.
